Students will be able to make a request on the first 7 days of the semestedr. These reasons are the only reasons for a schedule change.

• Student already has credit for Class
• Student has not met prerequisites for this class
• Student is a senior, and this course is necassary to fulfill graduation requirements
• Student needs to insert courses to correct for failures from previous semester/year
• Student has documented health reason for change (Doctor Note)
• Student failed this course with this teacher
• Teacher recommends the change in course level or course
• Student did not request or list this course.
